I posted the other day that life goes on and fear is not helping during these crazy and unpredictable times. A lot has changed in the past few days and the ability to “live your best life” is getting harder to do as more places close, communities are in lockdown or self isolation/social distancing and the 24 hour news media continues to instill panic and fear. I still maintain that fear is not helping and the best we can do during this global crisis is to do our part to help “flatten the curve”
